Chloe turned back to face Nina, then said making a mean face, “Why’d ya’ stop me?”“Why’d you have fight and argue at every moment of your life?” Nina said glaring, at Chloe.While the girls were busy Sam sat on a table took a book and started flipping through its pages like he didn’t care about anything that was happening around him.After a while Chloe and Nina joined him. That’s when Tony rushed in with an exciting look on his face and a spark in his tiny eyes.“Guys you’ll not believe what I just found” he cried.“Oh, please don’t tell us you found a treasure map” Chloe muttered under her breath.Tony took a seat and sat facing his friends. He took a deep breath and started –“Have a look at this book”He held a leather manuscript which kind of looked old and worn out. It had a shiny, gold plating on top with the words ‘Beware Foreswear’ engraved on it.“A strange book” Chloe muttered.“Indeed” Nina said looking at Chloe.“What kind of author uses ‘The Dead’ as a pen name?” Sam commented.“It’s kind of weird”“I don’t know, I think we should just open the book and read it” Tony suggested.“Yeah, when the cover clearly says ‘Beware Foreswear’” Nina said sarcastically.“Hey chillax, girlfriend” Chloe said. “Guys let’s just read the book”Everyone looked at Nina. Nina sighed then nodded her head in agreement. “But not here, let’s just take it home”“Sure, you all can come in my place” Sam suggested. “My parents won’t be home till tonight”When everyone agreed, they reached Sam’s house.
